The XXI-th Annual Reinsurance Conference takes place in Moscow on April 5-6, 2017.

The Conference is traditionally organized by the Committee of the All-Russian Union of Insurers on Reinsurance.

The Conference runs under the theme: “Russian Reinsurance Market – Paradigm Shift”.

Existing sanctions and a weak growth of the insurance market still make a negative impact on the domestic reinsurance. This requires from the reinsurance community to concentrate efforts, provide a detailed analysis of the current situation and actively search for solutions to the most pressing problems.

The upcoming Conference gives this opportunity, as it aims to join the insurance and reinsurance communities together and on the basis of direct and open dialogue between the participants and government authorities to work out the main directions for further development.

The plenary discussion, which takes place on April 5, includes the discussion of issues key to all insurance and reinsurance community: forecast and the vector of development of insurance and reinsurance market; first results and work prospects of the public reinsurer; cross-border barriers in the reinsurance market in the EAEU and creation of the common reinsurance market etc.

The second day of the Conference is traditionally devoted to thematic sections on specific, practical issues of reinsurance with participation of the leading Russian and foreign experts.

Officials of the Bank of Russia, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the EAEC, the All-Russian Union of Insurers, managers and leading experts of the largest Russian and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers, adjusters, independent consultants and experts are invited to participate in the discussions.

SPECIAL OFFER TO CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS

*Optional, on April 5, on day 1 of the Conference participants will have a chance to continue their business contacts during a trip round the Moskva river onboard of a luxury motor vessel of Flotilla “Radisson Royal”.

The trip will start and finish at “Ukraine” hotel berth which is located within walking distance to the Conference venue – “Radisson Royal, Moscow”.

During the trip our guests will enjoy incredible sights of the Russian capital: Moscow Kremlin, St. Basli’s Cathedral, Christ the Saviour Cathedral, Monument to Peter the Great, skyscrapers of Moscow-City. While advanced high-end boats provided with huge panoramic windows will allow to enjoy the sights at any weather.

Optionally, trip guests can experience hospitality of the restaurant onboard and have dishes of the European cuisine cooked by the Chef de cuisine; also they may choose beverages from the wine list.

The trip will last around 2.5-3 hours without intermediary stops.
